Rich has been in the insurance industry for over 40 years. He started in the insurance world after graduating from West Chester University by stepping in to help his father run his agency. Rich moved the business to Boyertown in 1990 where he lived with his wife and three children. Rich still lives in the area today and is an active member in the community. Rich helps run the Boyertown Area Football Association. Rich was also a football coach for many years with his most recent positions being at Boyertown High School and Kutztown University. In his free time, Rich enjoys hunting and spending time in the mountains.
Kathryn Burkett
Kat joined the family business in 2013 after graduating from Kutztown University. She is Rich's youngest child and only daughter. Kat is a producer for the agency and also handles the personal lines. In her free time, Kat enjoys spending time with her golden girl, Layla. She enjoys reading, music, cooking, and traveling.

Layla Burkett
the 'real' boss
Layla was born in August of ''23 and adopted in October after her litter was surrendered to Home At Last Rescue. She is the sweetest girl and will greet you first when you stop into our office. She loves coming to work to get all the pets from clients and treats every day from her Pop-Pop. In true golden fashion, her favorite things are her ball and her stuffed animals.
